Job Description
Scotiabank’s Global Technology and Enterprise Platform (GTEP) organization is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join the Solutions Integration & Delivery (SI&D) team. This role focuses on providing reliable, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions and driving the bank’s Public Cloud Acceleration strategy. The engineer will collaborate with application owners and leadership teams to deliver high-quality enterprise infrastructure services and act as a technical leader within the development of Public Cloud solutions. The role requires a passion for leveraging cloud infrastructure for agility, efficiency, and security.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical working experience in application engineering.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in architecting & deploying full-stack applications in Public Cloud.
- 2+ years of hands-on technical experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipeline, and IaC toolset.
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science or Engineering or relevant field.
