The Senior Platform Engineer will contribute to the overall success of the GBM, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
- 10+ years of overall experience in infrastructure, platform engineering or cloud architecture
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud solutions on-premises, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure
- Experience building and operating on-premises Kubernetes clusters
- Strong hands-on expertise with Kubernetes platform (GKE, AKS) in production environments
- Experience designing hybrid cloud architectures integrating on-prem and public cloud
- Strong background in infrastructure as code (Terraform) and CI/CD automation
- Demonstrated experience leading architecture design, mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction
