Sr Pega Developer

Scotiabank is seeking a Sr Pega Developer to join their Intake team, focusing on leading technical design and implementation of changes within the Canadian Contact Center Platform. The role involves guiding the development of enhancements, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring compliance with data governance standards. Mentorship and experimentation with proofs of concepts are encouraged.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Pega Integration, UI and Customer Service.
• Strong understanding of Scotiabank’s Customer Experience Center platform is preferred.
• Extensive banking experience focused on Credit Card Processing.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field.
