Database Administrator

Role Overview

Seeking a Database Administrator to support the stability, security, and performance of enterprise database environments. This role will be responsible for database architecture, optimization, monitoring, backup/recovery planning, and ongoing system maintenance while partnering with cross-functional teams to support business-critical applications and initiatives.

What You Will Do

Configure, maintain, and support database environments based on organizational requirements, design and maintain database schemas, tables, indexes, and relationships for scalability and efficiency, and implement database security measures including user access controls, permissions, and encryption protocols.

Requirements

• Associate degree in an IT-related field or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with database administration, architecture, query development, and database security practices
• Experience with complex SQL development and database optimization techniques
• Working knowledge of DQL, DML, DDL, and DCL functions
• Experience with database backup/recovery processes and performance tuning
• Valid driver’s license required
