Role Overview

Join a newly created team focused on building next-generation AI agent solutions. This is a highly hands-on individual contributor role centered around the development, implementation, and optimization of practical AI-driven applications and autonomous agent frameworks.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows for enterprise applications, develop scalable GenAI solutions, work extensively within Databricks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, and optimize AI models and workflows.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks
• Strong experience with Generative AI technologies and LLM-based applications
• Experience building and implementing AI agents or autonomous AI workflows in production environments
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML development frameworks
• Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems
• Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering
• Ability to operate independently in a highly technical individual contributor role
