Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead HR operations for a mission-driven nonprofit organization. This role drives people strategies across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits, compliance, and culture.
Requirements
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for managerial and professional roles.
- Manage Talent Management staff, providing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Administer performance management, disciplinary actions, investigations, and employee relations.
- Oversee benefits, compensation, wellness programs, and leave administration (FMLA, ADA, DC Paid Family Leave).
- Maintain HR compliance with federal, state, and local laws; manage HRIS, credentialing, and reporting.
- Produce HR dashboards, track metrics, and support employee engagement initiatives.
