Job Description
The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for directing both the strategic vision and hands-on execution of ServiceNow platform consulting and implementation efforts.
Requirements
- Delivering hands-on expertise in one or more ServiceNow module suites: CSM, ITSM, ITAM & CMDB/CSDM, ITOM, Now Assist, SPM, or FSM.
- Integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using SOAP and REST APIs for data exchange and process automation.
- Implementing core integration components such as LDAP, SSO, Discovery, and MID Server to enable seamless connectivity and automation.
- Customizing ServiceNow through advanced configurations and scripting to enable tailored functionality.
- Organizing and prioritizing development activities and interfacing effectively with stakeholders.
- Communicating technical tradeoffs in business terms and leading governance initiatives for solution alignment and risk mitigation.
- Providing leadership through developer mentorship and by facilitating technical and architectural workshops.
- Demonstrating proficiency in programming standards, methodologies, and languages, while maintaining detailed technical documentation.
