Founding Drone & Avionics Technician

Join SE3 Labs as Founding Drone & Avionics Technician and help bring autonomous systems to life. You'll own electrical integration from prototype to flight and play a key role in getting our fleet of autonomous drones ready for flight.

Requirements

• Completed a technical apprenticeship or training in a relevant field, e.g., Fluggeräteelektroniker, Elektroniker, or EASA-certified
• 3+ years of hands-on experience assembling wiring harnesses and electronics, ideally in aerospace or high-reliability systems
• Proficient in soldering wires, connectors, and PCBs, and familiar with aerospace crimping and wire tools
• Comfortable using electronic diagnostic tools and solid grasp of troubleshooting workflows
• Proactive, organized approach and deep sense of ownership
• Conversational English is a must; German is a strong plus
