Job Description
Sea Mar Community Health Centers is recruiting for a Full-time Nurse Manager position for their Lakewood Medical and Pediatrics Clinic. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, calm, passionate, and motivated to make a difference. Responsibilities include managing and evaluating medical assistants, implementing nursing policies, and overseeing patient care.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited college or university with an active RN or BSN license in the state of Washington.
- Undergone state mandated HIV education.
- Obtained Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR within 90 days of hire date and maintain current BLS CPR throughout employment.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal), listening, and team building abilities a must.
