Job Description
Sealed Air is seeking a Controls Engineer to design, implement, and maintain electrical and automation systems that support manufacturing operations. The role will partner closely with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to deploy reliable control solutions, support capital projects, and ensure systems meet safety, quality, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Design, program, and maintain PLC and HMI systems for existing and new equipment
- Support automation initiatives and system integration across the plant
- Contribute to capital projects, including scope definition, budgeting, and execution
- Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Ensure electrical systems comply with technical specifications, codes, and safety standards
- Troubleshoot, inspect, and optimize installed systems to improve performance and reliability
