AI Engineer (Software Development)

Role Overview

Architect, build, and maintain end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, collaborating with data scientists and domain experts to operationalize experimental models. Implement AI/MLOps practices and optimize model inference for production environments.

What You Will Do

Write robust code, integrate AI models into enterprise systems, provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and participate in business analysis and technical design sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in AI/ML model development, AI/MLOps, and cloud-based deployment
• Proven track record of taking AI/ML projects from concept to deployment and monitoring
• Experience working in regulated industries maritime in Singapore is advantageous
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
