Surveyor-PLS

No specific experience in surveying is required, but a strong understanding of surveying principles and procedures is crucial. The role involves fieldwork and recording data.

Requirements

• Basic survey principles knowledge (leveling, traversing, public land surveys, etc.)
• Familiarity with GPS/G/LIS systems
• Knowledge of hydrographic, mining, and photogrammetric surveying
• Ability to coordinate and supervise fieldwork
• Knowledge of record keeping and job expenses
• CAD knowledge (basic)
• Ability to coordinate design elements into final drawings
• Surveying ethics knowledge
• Familiarity with MSPS, ALTA, NGS, ACSM, BLMS, and ASCE standards
