We're looking for a Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the recruitment process, active search for candidates, and collaboration with managers.
Requirements
- Secondary or higher education
- Experience in recruitment - ideally in the production or technical field
- Excellent English language skills
- Oriented in modern recruitment trends and active search for candidates
- Independence, responsibility, and willingness to come up with new ideas
- Willingness to participate in other HR activities within the team
