We're looking for a customer-oriented Junior Implementation & Support Engineer to join Secomea's US Customer Services team. This role combines paid customer implementations with technical support responsibilities, giving you broad exposure to both customer projects and daily operations.
Requirements
- Configuring secure remote access solutions, Azure AD integrations, and network setups
- Advising customers on best practices for OT remote access, identity management, and cybersecurity
- Supporting customers during onboarding and implementation phases
- Collaborating with Secomea R&D and technology partners on configuration and troubleshooting
- Ensuring proper documentation of customer setups and implementation outcomes
