System Integration Specialist

We are Vigilant Defenders, a company built upon patriotism and exceptional services as front-line defenders. We are seeking a System Integration Specialist to integrate JIRA, GitLab, and other IT service management platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• 5 years of equivalent experience in system integration
• Experience integrating ITSM platforms such as JIRA and GitLab
• Hands-on experience developing API integrations
• Knowledge of enterprise authentication protocols including OAuth and SAML
• Strong scripting and automation skills
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing system integrations
