Job Description
We are Vigilant Defenders, a company built upon patriotism and exceptional services as front-line defenders. We are seeking a System Integration Specialist to integrate JIRA, GitLab, and other IT service management platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 5 years of equivalent experience in system integration
- Experience integrating ITSM platforms such as JIRA and GitLab
- Hands-on experience developing API integrations
- Knowledge of enterprise authentication protocols including OAuth and SAML
- Strong scripting and automation skills
- Experience troubleshooting and optimizing system integrations
