Burton James, a privately owned custom seating company, is seeking a skilled Upholsterer to join their team. This role involves expertly upholstering high-end furniture, adhering to company values of ownership, collaboration, and respect, from start to finish. The position requires proficiency in full-piece upholstery, requiring attention to detail and high craftsmanship.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional upholstery experience in a custom, high-end, or made-to-order furniture environment
• Strong ability to interpret shop drawings, CAD files, or reference photos
• Physical Requirements: Physical demands described here are representative of those required for this job, including frequent lifting and walking.
