We’re Looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our team. You will help build a brand new in-house Experience Service Center: a digital-first, AI-assisted operation that supports our customers in the moments that matter most.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a software engineer building web applications, APIs, or internal business software
- Comfort working up and down the full stack: front end, back end, data, and integration
- Hands-on experience shipping production applications on AWS using serverless components
- Working experience with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse
- Comfort with REST and event-driven APIs, including authentication, error handling, and retry semantics
- Daily use of AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent)
- Experience working in an Agile delivery model
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
