Assistant Property Manager

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting with all day-to-day operations of the apartment community, including financial reports, audits, and property inspections. Leadership skills and weekend/holiday work are required.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience as an Assistant Property Manager
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Patience and a positive personality
• Strong leadership abilities, and organizational skills
• Financial and analytical skills
