Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years in recruiting for technical roles
• Familiarity with technical methodologies and industry-specific terminology
• Experience with interview techniques and assessment methods for technical candidates
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment
