• 15–20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry with proven leadership experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in enterprise technologies, software development, infrastructure, and modern architecture practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, manage resources, and coordinate onsite-offshore delivery models
