- 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience (direct response focus)
- Proven results managing $60K+/month in ad spend
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads
- Sharp analytical skills—you know how to read a dashboard and take action
