Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of high-end service (Server, Captain, or Sommelier) in a Fine Dining environment is highly preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong foundational knowledge of food, wine, and spirits. CMS Certified or WSET Level 1+ is a major plus!
- Availability: Must be available Wednesday through Sunday evenings.
- Credentials: Valid RBS Card, reliable transportation, and aged 18+.
- Mindset: A positive, attentive, and hospitable spirit with an insatiable willingness to learn.
