Seneca’s Non-Public Schools are hiring for a Bilingual Classroom Therapist to guide 5-12th graders to success at James Baldwin Academy in San Leandro, CA. The therapist will provide therapy, case-management services, and conduct mental health assessments to support students’ social emotional growth. They will also collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and school leadership to ensure and celebrate the success of youth and families in a school setting.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, professional clinical counseling, psychology or related licensure-eligible field
- Registered or eligible to register with the California BBS
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- At least 21 years of age
- Reliable transportation to and from the school site and other occasional meeting locations
- TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
