High school diploma/GED, lived experience with mental health services, valid driver's license and TB test clearance
Crisis Counselor
Crisis Counselor requirements include assisting in creating a welcoming environment, engaging youth in daily groups, and utilizing crisis communication and de-escalation techniques
Visitation Counselor
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 2+ years of experience working with youth or families; flexible schedule
Wraparound Clinician
Master’s degree in social work/psychology/counseling, current licensure or eligibility, at least 21 years of age
Bilingual TBS Coach
Bilingual in Spanish/English, own vehicle and valid driver's license, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Bilingual Classroom Therapist
Master’s degree, registered or eligible to register with the California BBS, bilingual in Spanish/English, and at least 21 years of age
Fieldwork Placement - Southern California
Currently enrolled in a clinical graduate program, advanced students with some exposure to clinical populations, and availability for weekly supervision
Assistant Director of Residential Clinical Services
Requires current California license, 2+ years post-licensure experience, and experience working with youth and families with intensive mental health needs
Fieldwork Placement - Northern California
Graduate degree in clinical program, experience with clinical populations, and ability to commit to 16 hours per week
Youth Stabilization Specialist
Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in an acute psychiatric setting
