Job Description
The Visitation Counselor provides supervision of visits between children and parents referred by the Department of Children and Family Services, overseeing interactions, transportation, and documentation. The role is designed to provide opportunities for parents to build parental capacity and strengthen family relationships.
Requirements
- Supervise visits between children and parents
- Prepare reports, assessments, and case planning
- Transport children and families
- Assist with orientation of families to the visitation center
