Receptionist - Palm Desert Clinic

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at the Palm Desert Clinic. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering inbound calls, assisting with outbound calls, coordinating appointments, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle confidential information, and have a passion for helping people.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry (preferred)
• 1+ years in customer service (preferred)
• 1+ years of insurance verification (preferred)
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and help others do the same
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
