Job Description
As a Beauty Advisor, you'll be the face of Sephora, welcoming every client with warmth, confidence, and a passion for all things beauty. You'll deliver personalized beauty experiences, provide tailored consultations and product recommendations, and stay ahead of trends to deliver relevant advice that keeps clients coming back.
Requirements
- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
- A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
