Requirements
- Manage Floor 360°, corresponding to one or more of the 4 merchandising axes present in our Stores
- Support communication between Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team
- Support Managers in their daily activities, actively contributing to the design of the commercial and HR strategy of the Store
- Monitor and analyze the team's KPIs and animate them to achieve results
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities (events, new launches, CRM campaigns, etc.)
- Manage the warehouse, maintaining the correct stock level, in respect of the product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies
- Apply company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (prices, promotions, communication) established by central services
- Train new employees and accompany them on their growth and development path in collaboration with Managers
