As Talent and Business Operations Manager, Stores, you will be responsible for managing the People and Operations aspects of a specific Sephora store location, supporting areas such as staffing, beauty advisor training, and store scheduling, while ensuring execution of all operations-focused processes for the store.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
• Excellent verbal/written communications skills
• Ability to influence business partners at all levels
• Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders
