Job Description
Sepulveda Sanchez Law is seeking a self-motivated Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join their team. As a Case Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of the office and effective case management. You will provide a broad spectrum of legal services under the supervision of an attorney.
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Legal Assistant, Case Manager, or Legal Secretary
- Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
- Computer literacy
- Proficiency in English/Spanish
- Working knowledge of case management software
- Excellent secretarial and organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
- Ability to analyze and comprehend medical records
- Ability to provide clear communication with clients and manage expectations
