Job Description
Serko is a cutting-edge tech platform in global business travel & expense technology. We're seeking a visionary and technically adept Engineering Manager to lead our Data Engineering team out of Bengaluru.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Prior experience in leading and growing a team of talented data engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Strong command of data warehousing, ETL / ELT pipelines, and real-time data streaming (Kafka, Spark Streaming, Flink).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
