Job Description
Serve Robotics is seeking a highly driven Regional Operations Manager, North Region to lead day-to-day operations across their Northern markets. The role involves managing a team, overseeing market performance, ensuring operational safety, owning the full P&L, and delivering customer delight. This position requires a proven leader with strong operational instincts, a bias for action, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- Manage and coach a team of 5-8 exempt leaders.
- Oversee the successful execution of daily robot operations.
- Manage regional P&L, labor cost, and vendor spend.
- Analyze trends, identify bottlenecks, and implement cost-effective solutions.
