ServiceNow is looking for a Regional Partner Technology Strategist to lead AI-first partner transformation and drive business impact across the region. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting experience, experience integrating AI into business processes, and a working knowledge of modern web technologies, cloud computing, and architectural principles for SaaS/PaaS platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting experience
- Experience integrating AI into Business processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- Working knowledge of modern web technologies, cloud computing, and architectural principles for SaaS/PaaS platforms
- Experience across multiple technical domains: application, data, integration, cloud infrastructure, analytics
- Strong business acumen, understanding how partners make money, Operating Models, and ability to translate industry frameworks into ServiceNow value propositions
- Understanding of routes to market dynamics and partner monetization strategies
- Strong facilitation skills and executive presence
- Sharp business judgment with ability to see the 'big picture' and prioritize
- Talented at explaining complex topics clearly to diverse audiences (Enterprise Architects to CXOs)
- Experience in Enterprise Architecture, Service Management, AI Operations, DevOps, Security, HR, or Financial Management
- ServiceNow product experience or current certification ()
- ServiceNow platform development experience
- Industry knowledge in Financial Services, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, or Healthcare
- Familiarity with industry operating models and process frameworks
