Senior Pack Modeling Scientist

Responsible for the collection, processing and analysis of battery pack data and the design, development, verification and delivery of battery cloud platform algorithm. Collaborate with the team to develop the cell algorithm and migrate from the cell algorithm to the battery pack algorithm. Design battery packs according to model requirements and participate in the design of BMS.

Requirements

• More than five years of battery related work experience
• Familiarity with battery pack design, testing and data
• Experience in battery management system (BMS) algorithm development (SOC, SOH, SOP, SOE, fault detection, etc.)
• Practical experience based on AI, big data battery algorithm, and cloud BMS
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
• Good English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
