Job Description
Setpoint Capital is seeking a Senior Counsel to join their team, reporting to the General Counsel. The Senior Counsel will oversee credit transactions, draft and negotiate credit facility documentation, and manage outside counsel. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience at a top law firm, a JD degree from a top tier law school, and admission to the New York or Texas bar in Good Standing.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience at a top law firm drafting and negotiating credit agreements
- JD degree from a top tier law school
- Admission to the New York or Texas bar in Good Standing
- Experience with real estate collateral is a plus
- Ability to prioritize appropriately and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
