Job Description
Psychiatric Nurse Manager provides clinical supervision and holistic care to patients with psychiatric and medical needs, and assists with hiring and onboarding within the nursing department.
Requirements
- Provides clinical supervision of LPN's, RN's, Charge nurses, and non-licensed nursing staff
- Assists with hiring and onboarding within nursing department
- Functions as liaison with educational institutions
- Counsels patients individually and in groups
