Job Description
Seyond is seeking a Customer-Facing Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of LiDAR products and solutions. This role involves deep technical understanding of LiDAR systems, customer empathy, and business acumen to drive product success from concept to deployment. The ideal candidate will act as a voice of the customer and build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of product management experience in LiDAR, sensor technologies, or related hardware/software domains
- Proven track record of launching customer-facing products in technical environments
- Strong understanding of LiDAR systems, point cloud data, and integration workflows
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, CRM, and 3D visualization platforms
- Ability to travel as needed (20%)
