Job Description
We are seeking a Junior IT Administrator to support the daily operation of the IT department in a modern, cloud-first, multi-office environment. The role focuses on first-level technical support, endpoint and user administration, onboarding and offboarding processes, and IT asset management, primarily within Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune. Training will be provided on company-specific systems, tools, and procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (advantage)
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
- Basic knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and user support
- Basic understanding of hardware troubleshooting
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
