We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager specializing in automotive NVH components to lead the end-to-end expansion of our client's product portfolio into top Germany automotive OEMs, focusing on building long-term strategic partnerships and aligning local sales initiatives with global corporate strategy to drive sustainable growth in Germany.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of automotive components sales experience
• More than 3 years in regional sales management (Germany automotive market focus preferred)
• Deep expertise in OEM procurement processes and supplier commercial negotiation frameworks
• Native-level fluency in German (written/spoken) mandatory
• Fluent in English (written/spoken) preferred
