Requirements
- Proven experience in a Senior CRM Manager role
- Extensive hands-on experience with Bloomreach (Exponea) or similar Platform
- Strong background in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), data analysis, segmentation, and customer insights
- Marketing Automation Specialist with expertise in automated customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and CRM campaign optimisation
- Omni-Channel CRM Knowledge with experience delivering cross-channel CRM strategies
- Loyalty & Retention Specialist with a strong understanding of customer loyalty programmes, retention strategies, and subscription models
- Analytical Mindset with proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and other reporting tools
- Strong Communicator & Leader with ability to influence stakeholders, present insights effectively, and mentor teams
