Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive background as an engineering leader with deep hands-on experience in mobile application development.
- Proven track record building and operating consumer-scale mobile systems serving millions of users per month.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, hire, mentor, and develop SDEs and SDETs at all levels.
- Strong track record of partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to shape and execute multi-year roadmaps.
- Experience managing vendor and offshore contractor relationships with accountability for quality and delivery outcomes.
- Experience defining and evolving software development processes, engineering standards, and quality practices across a global org.
- Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.
