We're looking for a Growth & Demand Generation Manager to own our demand engine end-to-end and build a predictable, scalable pipeline for Shelf. This is a role for someone who creates the playbook.
Requirements
- Proven track record of running demand generation programs in a SaaS / startup environment
- Experience owning pipeline, not just contributing to activity
- A data-driven mindset, with experience in marketing analytics, attribution, and funnel optimization
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), CRM systems, and paid media tools
- A creative, unorthodox approach to demand generation — you test fast and iterate often
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with sales, product marketing, and engineering teams
- A true “get it done” operator who thrives in fast-paced, scrappy startup environments
