Job Description
Supports multiple assigned FBO's as needed with a minimum of once a month visits to each location, provides leadership and direction to General Managers, and evaluates customer service and line operations to ensure high standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field
- 10 years of experience in related field with at least 3 years in general aviation management
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of the aviation industry and operations
- Customer service experience
- Safety training and risk management
- Sales and marketing skills
