Requirements
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounting processes, financial planning, and internal controls to maintain profitability and operational efficiency.
- Lead and engage with the team to ensure revenue and related entries are posted by EOD BD 2.
- Provide detailed financial analysis to support agency performance including, but not limited to, a monthly fluctuation analysis.
- Communicate and collaborate with Leadership team as requested.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard agency assets.
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Develop, inspire and supervise operations accounting team and foster a culture of accuracy and accountability.
