Financial Controller, Part-Time

This is an ideal opportunity to work at a growing organization with a strong family culture. The part-time Financial Controller will oversee all financial aspects of the agency, to ensure accurate reporting, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounting processes, financial planning, and internal controls to maintain profitability and operational efficiency.
• Lead and engage with the team to ensure revenue and related entries are posted by EOD BD 2.
• Provide detailed financial analysis to support agency performance including, but not limited to, a monthly fluctuation analysis.
• Communicate and collaborate with Leadership team as requested.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard agency assets.
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Develop, inspire and supervise operations accounting team and foster a culture of accuracy and accountability.
