Service Technician - Mansfield, TX

The Service Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining heavy equipment, conducting inspections, and providing remote troubleshooting support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Requirements

• Conduct incoming inspections for all rental equipment
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on heavy equipment
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems remotely and in person
• Deliver equipment training and technical support to customers
• Manage service records, parts inventory, and maintenance schedules
• Travel to customer locations as needed
• Perform visual inspections to ensure equipment aesthetics and presentation meet company standards
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment
• Follow all departmental safety protocols and company compliance policies
