Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or 3 years of experience in construction delivery, quality assurance, and/or building commissioning
Construction Manager
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines, 5 years of experience in field management or construction safety delivery, certifications in OSHA 10 and 30 hours, and various construction applications
Skilled Laborer-Concrete
2-5 years of commercial construction experience, construction operations experience preferred
Senior Project Manager
10-12 years of experience, 30 Hour OSHA certification, Procore software certification
Project Manager I
5-7 years of experience in commercial construction or a related field, with a bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field, and experience with computer-based scheduling programs and project management systems
MEP Manager
8-10 years of MEP experience, Bachelor's degree (preferred), experience with scheduling programs and project management systems
Quality Manager (Construction)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline; minimum three years of experience in construction delivery, quality assurance, and/or building commissioning
Commissioning Engineer
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Architecture, 3-5 years of experience in commissioning and/or quality, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Project Scheduler (Construction)
Four-year construction related degree, 5-7 years of corporate scheduling experience, and knowledge of diversified schedule engineering systems
Concrete Laborer
Experience in construction operations and team collaboration is preferred
