The Pharmacy Operations Coordinator will provide integrated support to pharmacy staff and Shields Health Solutions Liaisons by ensuring accurate and timely filling and delivery of specialty medications. The role requires a 'hands-on' approach to emphasize accurate workflows and leverage technology to support efficient operations.
Requirements
- Nationally certified as a CPhT is preferred but not required
- 3+ years of experience or a Bachelor's Degree
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Strong phone skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn quickly and extract relevant information
- Strong organizational skills
- Organized, high-integrity, attention to detail, dependable, quality focus, empathetic, good listener/communicator
