Job Description
Shimano is looking forward to strengthening our IT Business Integration capability to accelerate digital outcomes across Shimano. As Team leader IT Business Integration, you’ll guide a team of 6 to deliver reliable, scalable SAP BTP integrations, new, business driven integration solutions, and AI capabilities that act as a true business enabler from within IT.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in similar field
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- 6–8+ years of integration expertise
- experience with Agile, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring/alerting, versioning, and change control for integrations
- practical exposure to shipping AI/ML use cases
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
