All of the Shine Early Learning tools and approaches were developed, implemented, and refined at Acelero Learning, a high-performing Head Start and Early Head Start program serving more than 4,400 children across the nation. Through the integrated implementation of these tools, Acelero Learning has produced some of the largest child outcome gains ever recorded at an individual Head Start program. Acelero Learning's latest evaluation data shows children served for two years making twice the gain of average Head Start program, as compared to the 2009 FACES data. CDA credential, teaching experience, bilingual in Spanish and English, valid driver's license

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, experience working with young children, and knowledge of the Creative Curriculum
Early Head Start Teacher
Infant/Toddler CDA or AA/BA in Early Childhood Education or related field, 480 hours of experience working with infant and toddlers, valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Floater
CDA or degree required, 2 years experience working with children aged 0-5, physical examination and background check required
Home Based Visitor
Possession of a Home-Based CDA credential OR an equivalent credential, experience and skills in assisting parents, bilingual preferred, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Early Head Start Teacher
Infant/Toddler CDA or AA/BA in Early Childhood Education or related field with experience working with infants and toddlers, physical exam, background checks, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and computer literacy skills
Maintenance Technician
High school diploma, 1+ year of maintenance experience, and valid driver's license required
Health Technician
Associate's degree in Nursing and prior experience in healthcare, preferably with children and families
Cooks
High school diploma, ServSafe Certification, experience in culturally diverse food preparation, knowledge of early childhood nutrition
Education Director
Master's degree in Early Childhood, 3+ years of supervising/coaching experience, and ability to multitask
