Job Description
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manger to join the Inventory Control & Quality Assurance (ICQA) team at ShipMonk. As a member of the ICQA team, this role will be responsible for ensuring best-in-class levels of inventory control and operational quality across multiple ShipMonk fulfillment centers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment operations, inventory management, process development and process optimization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 20%
